Who we are
Coeur Body & Aesthetx is a medical aesthetics and functional medicine practice at 1717 Lincoln Way, Suite 106, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814. This policy covers this website, coeurbodyaesthetx.com. It does not cover your medical records, which are kept in our patient portal and handled as part of your care.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your first and last name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by email, through a service called Resend, which sends it on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.
When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you browse the site, we count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records which pages were viewed, the site that referred you, your type of device and browser, and your country, so we can see what visitors find useful. It cannot identify you.
Please keep medical details out of the form
The contact form and our email are for general questions. They are not a secure way to send health information, so please do not include medical history, medications or other private details. We will talk through those with you in person or through our patient portal.
Booking
Appointments are booked through our patient portal, run by OptiMantra. When you follow a booking link you leave this website, and the information you enter there is collected by OptiMantra for us under its own privacy policy and security practices.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your question, arrange your appointment and keep our business records. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for visitors, and it does not use advertising or tracking pixels.
Other websites
Links to Facebook, Google Maps and our patient portal take you to sites run by other companies, whose own privacy policies apply once you are there.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep our records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.

The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Every treatment starts with a consultation, and results vary from person to person. Prices and specials can change; the price we confirm with you at your visit is the one that applies.
